Course Bookings and Payment

Booking Process

Course bookings are made via email correspondence. A booking is confirmed only when we send you written confirmation and payment has been received or a payment plan has been agreed.

Pricing

Course prices are displayed on our website and are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your booking is the price at the time of confirmation. All prices include VAT where applicable.

Payment

Full payment is required before the course start date unless a payment plan has been agreed. We accept payment by bank transfer and major credit/debit cards. Payment plans may be available for courses over £200.

Cancellation by You

If you need to cancel your booking:

• Cancellation before the course starts: Full refund
• Cancellation after the first session: 50% refund or credit toward a future course
• No refund after the second session, though you may be able to attend a future cohort

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrolment, instructor illness, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer you a full refund or transfer to an alternative course at your choice.

Missed Sessions

If you miss a session, you may attend the equivalent session in a future cohort at no additional cost, subject to availability. We also offer catch-up calls with instructors where possible.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and course materials, is the property of Frosty Learning Ltd or our content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Course materials are provided for your personal educational use only. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display course materials
• Create derivative works based on our content
• Use our materials for commercial purposes
• Share digital resources with individuals who have not enrolled in the course

User Conduct

When participating in our courses or using our services, you agree to:
